Weapon R High Performance Air Intake Replacement Air Filter - Weapon R V2 Air Filter with 4.75 inch InletThe Weapon R V2 filter shocked the world when it was first debuted, in August of 1995.This product grabbed the attention of many enthusiasts with its bright colors, dual velocity stack design, ram air capability, impressive horsepower results, and uncompromised durability of a foam filtering element. The Weapon R V2 Filter was first designed because of the boring filters offered on the on the market at the time. Color was not heard of and performance gains were very minimal. So we decided to design the Weapon R V2 Filter. This filter features Dual Velocity Stacks, one on the inside of the filter and one on top of the Filter. The inside velocity stack smoothes out and speeds up the incoming air and makes it a more combustible formation. The second Velocity stack on top of the filter has two functions, 1st to act as a larger velocity stack to gather more air, and 2nd an Ram Air Adapter, which accepts a 4 inch flexible hose. By allowing a Ram Air Effect to the filter, you can achieve more horsepower.
