Great wipers, last forever! Dec 07, 2008
By James W. Mendenhall I have had several PIAA wiper blades, all the silicone variety, and they last forever compared to regular wiper blades. You pay just slightly more for PIAA quality, but they do not get hard and brittle in the cold, and they last for years without streaking or deterioration. Great product, and with Amazon, a great price. They will pay for themselves compared to replacing ordinary blades regularly.

great wiper, don't trust Amazon size advice though Dec 11, 2009
By Wesley A. Younger These are great wipers generally, but Amazon led me to buy the wrong size for my car. Other sites, including PIAA's own, say to use a 26" left on 2004-2009 Toyota Prius. Amazon says to use 24". I had my doubts, but figured if I was going to buy from Amazon, I should follow their recommendation. Well, the smaller blades certainly fit, but they leave a big goofy un-wiped stripe on the passenger side of the windshield between the paths of the two blades. Unfortunately, I didn't save the packaging!

Wouldn't purchase another brand Mar 27, 2011
By St. Louis Josh I took a chance on the blades- and I forget which size in inches, forgive me- but I installed them on our 2007 Aveo LT.
I cleaned the windshield very well (used black and white newspaper, which leaves fewer, if any, streaks), and wiped the windshield down with the cloth that comes with each blade in the box. Let it dry, with the wiper arms elevated off of the windshield, for at least ten minutes.
I was shocked at how well these blades clean the windshield. It's really amazing.
The water beads up when the car is just out in the rain sitting unused. Literally, the water just sits there, beaded. Then, when you activate the wipers, all of the water just gets pushed right off, without a sound or even a streak left behind.
On the highway, you will find yourself not using your wipers as much as the other vehicles you pass. It's very empowering, really. The faster you go, the more raindrops just get "pushed" off of the windshield by the force of wind.
So, I have a set on my old faithful 2000 Mitsubishi Galant. Same deal, they work just as fantastic as the blades on our Chevy. Drving in the rain is much easier with these. I cannot express that enough.
I have heard of Bosch. Valeo, etc. Not impressive, guys. PIAA makes rally racing equipment- example, off road lights, wheels, etc. They make quality products.
You will spend a little more on these blades than you would your bargain basement Auto Zone blade refills. Gotcha. But you get what you pay for. You can't put a price on safety.
And I don't know about those Spoiler wipers that PIAA makes or those Forza strange looking wiper blades. All you need are these Super Silicone blades.

Excellent Wiper Blades Sep 01, 2010
By Jeff Have owned these for about a year now. Still working great. Quiet and the silicone layer the blades leave on the windshield help with visibility from the rain. I have put these on our Acura TL as well as our Toyota FJ Cruiser.

So far so good Jun 26, 2009
By Randall Griffith I have had these wiper blades for about a month and half now. It has rained here in New England every day for the past month, it seems, so they have gotten a workout.
So far so good, although I really don't find anything exceptional about them compared to regular wiper blades. They installed easily. There is no noise. But I expect that from regular blades as well. They do cause some treatment to the windshield which causes water to bead up and roll off. Especially when driving at speed, I find I really don't even need the wipers - the water rolls off just as efficiently and it's actually less distracting than having the wipers going.
Not clear on the picture, but the front of the frames (not visible from inside the car) have "PIAA" and "Silicone" written in white lettering. I don't find this detracting at all but you might if you have a strict sense of automotive style.
