Just as seller described. Flashed my truck and it still worked after using it lol. Does what it says, not I can do several different models.

I order it and want to fix the shift point issue with my Jeep Liberty 2007, everyone knows it shift to overdrive too early.
The first day's installation attempt made me up and down for 2 hours like this:
1. plug programmer to the jeep, it says:"This programmer is not for this vehicle, check the part number on the programmer before updating over internet".
2. back to home call customer support, I were told to upgrade the programmer
3. find out the IBM laptop which I did not used for years, because you have to upgrade it by a PC and not Mac.
4. install software from CD, connect to internet, the software is out of date, have to update the software first.
5. upgrade the programmer to "3.7 liter Mitsubishi gas engine", it took long time. by the way, why should jeep use mitsubishi's engine??
6. back to jeep, the programmer start "reading car's computer", it took 15 minutes or more and finally with a sentence of "CAL not found"
7. back home, call customer service again and were told should upgrade programmer again to upload your car's detail, after that, an engineer will work on it and than reply to you by email in 2 to 3 days... my God, 2 to 3 days!
8. upgrade programmer again with a long long time. I knew it is uploading the detail data of my car's computer.
9. finally pop a dialog asking you to type in your email address, then telling you "The programmer could not be updated for the following reason: Vehicle has an unsupported calibration"
10. after that, the software lead you to the product registration page with all the detailed information of you and your car request.
That's it, the first day's installation... to be continued by waiting the support email from Jan 5th...
Just like the title says, it should be a kind of service but a product, I am feeling bad to be an connection cable between my car and their engineer...
Update Jan 6th:
Did not receive any confirmation from e-mail. I made another call to they, I was told just to wait.
Update Jan 7th:
Got the e-mail notice, upgrade the programmer from internet again. Plugged to my Jeep,displaying for "Jeep Liberty 2007-2010".
But all the options that I can adjust are: 1. fuel type - regular or premium; 2. car speed limit; 3. max engine speed;
As there is no shift point adjust which I need, I flashed my Jeep's computer with their default setting. The whole process (read, copy, write) took about 25 minutes, After flash, I took some city drive, feel nothing changed from either throttle pedal, speed or gear shifting. I will continue watch if the MPG change.
Update Jan 9th:
Highway drive tested. Again, nothing feel special. Packaged and will return tomorrow.
Conclusion:
For Jeep Liberty users, don't wast your time.
For Amazon, it should be a kind of service but a product.
