Wrong Product Sent Twice! Beware as you will not receive the correct product. Sep 25, 2010

I searched around and the prices that amazon had for this pad were pretty good so I decided to purchase the product. To make a long story short, not once but twice did they send me the wrong product. I called Amazon to figure out what was going on and they said the product was keyed into their inventory incorrectly. I asked if they would correct it and send me the same pads as listed in the description. They supposedly made the change but sent me the wrong pads again.
I called back, and they blamed the shipping department. Needless to say, I requested a refund and received it.
