Five stars for the product, it was of high quality, came with great instrustions, and the customer service was fantastic. Zero stars for Amazon's "Make sure this will fit your vehicle app" this product DOES NOT fit 2011 Wranglers, the rear window is about 3" too narrow. I called and confirmed this with Bestop. Too bad Mopar wants $564 for the same thing.

Kit was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Quality is equal to factory windows.
JEEP JK Owner should have Jeep owners manual handy if they haven't removed windows before or if it's been a while.
Strongly suggest cleaning zippers on the stock mating zipper. Spray a vinyl protectorant directly on the zipper. This will not only clean the existing zippers, but it also acts as a lubricant, which is a plus when mating the new windows to the stock top. Removed the old windows and installed new in less than 1/2 hour.

My jeep came with no tinting on the rear soft-top windows. I purchased these to replace them as I didn't want to pay the price for OEM replacement tinted windows. These windows are great. You would never know they weren't OEM except for the BestTop sticker they put on the rear window. The sticker came off easily as it was just one of those window cling type stickers, but my only criticism is you can actually see where the sticker was "stamped" onto the rear bottom corner. I'm hoping this summer in the heat that will relax out. But for the huge difference in price, I can live with it even if it doesn't.

I purchased 11 days ago. Package arrived as promised. Installed for one week and rear window has vertical ripples through out. Instructions said this would work themselves out in a few days. Still have ripples after 80 degree days for a week. Vision is distorted when looking through rear view mirror. Window appears to be sewn wrong. I would return except went trail riding and have induced some minor scratches to side windows. Reason I am rating this "2" is for ease of ordering and delivery. I expected more due to Best Top reputation.
Best Top fixed problem by mailing new replacement rear window, kudo's to BT.
