By binns789 I gave one star because I would expect as far as deflectors are concerned they are all relatively similar products, but variations in appearance to suit peoples preference. I just purchased this deflector and though I know you are not supposed to base your expectations entirely on a picture, I wanted a deflector that was specifically not black, so based on the picture and the title: "Smoke Colored Stone" I expected something in the lighter gray range. The deflector I received was black.
It was not worth going through the hassel of returning for me, so I went ahead and installed it. It was very easy to install maybe 3 to 5 minutes with a hand screwdriver.
I would recommend buying a different product, so you know what to expect in visual appearance.
