the K&N air filter for my toyota prius has been the greatest aftermarket i have installed in it thus far. i have experienced a 1 MPG gain, which isnt much, but the difference you feel when you need a little more power is amazing! the prius is a slug to begin with so whatever horsepower gain you can get is good! merging onto traffic on the freeway is so much easier, and i never have to replace my air filter again! i highly recommend this if you have a prius. its easily the best aftermarket item you can buy that wont bring and disadvantages after you install it!!!

Great replacement for the OEM Paper Filter Jul 30, 2010

This fit perfectly in my 2007 Toyota Prius. Quick 15 minute install of removing the clips on the air filter box and pulling out the old paper filter. The K&N filter comes with a rubber seal that you place on the removable top of the filter box. Drop in the new K&N filter and snap the box back in. Warning stickers are also included to notify mechanics not to throw away the reusable filter.

We owned a Prius close to two years and this is the second time changed air filters, hopefully this is the last one. So far driving without any problem for a month already. Can not feel horse power increased obviously but worth if it really last > 100k miles.

Increase performance while reducing waste? This is the perfect replacement for the stock air filter. Replacement is a no-brainer and does not require any special tools. Simply unlatch the the air box cover, remove the old filter, attach the o-ring, and drop in the K&N replacement air filters. Easily worth the 5 minutes.
